SwifterwinT
Three animated explainer videos created for SwifterwinT, a Dutch cooperative focused on wind energy in the IJsselmeer. The project translated complex topics such as shadow flicker, ecology, and community wind funds into clear and engaging animations aligned with the cooperative’s brand identity.
I was responsible for the entire creative pipeline, from defining the visual style and producing assets to storyboarding, animating, and editing the final videos.
About
My Role
I began by designing a set of visual assets and defining the animation style in line with SwifterwinT’s existing brand identity.
SwifterwinT is a Dutch cooperative of farmers, residents, and energy companies working together to develop and operate wind turbines in the IJsselmeer region. To help explain their work and its impact to a broad audience, I created three 2D explainer videos for their website. These videos introduced key topics such as slagschaduw (shadow flicker), ecologie (ecology), and the windfondsen (community wind funds) with whom SwifterwinT collaborates.

Storyboarding
Once the scripts were delivered, I produced storyboards and style frames to map out the visual narrative. From there, I animated and edited each scene in After Effects, combining motion, pacing, and visual clarity to create accessible and engaging explanations.
